Hopefully, this review would help a bunch of people thinking if this game is worth it. New airports could also be prioritized too - add in JFK/IAH/LAX at some point. EVA Air doesn’t have their 777, Frontier Airlines/Sun County Airlines/VivaAerobus doesn’t appear at all, WestJet doesn’t have their 787, United doesn’t have their new livery look, Spirit Airlines doesn’t have their past livery’s, and the complaints can go on and on. Livery-wise, I would also love to see new airlines take the helm, especially with some noticeable ones absent. Aircraft options may be expansive but limited, would love to see the MD80 or the Embraer 175 at some point.
New users have a hard time going forward into the game when starting, since they have inexpensive aircraft (737) to deal with and they have to rely on expensive aircrafts to go through in a breeze. I know this is a money issue, but how is this even a thing. Also, the planes are all realistic and detailed for the airport.Ĭons: Why bother adding a subscription to add cameras around the airport? Previously, we had many views of the airport, especially near the runways and terminals, but this is now restricted. The realistic weather also makes this a breeze. Alongside that, there are emergency situations (engine/landing gear) in a realistic manner, although adding more would be nice. Unlike before, terminal views are now a thing in all airports where the previous versions did not include it. Pros: This game is addictive and keeps you playing for quite some time.

Sad but I guess it’s time to move on to world of airports and grind.Ĭoming into an update seems fun, but there are a few things to consider before playing further: It worked fine when you had an unobstructed camera from above the tower and some less extreme angles but $3.99 a week for the views we already had is pathetic. this is now not possible once you progress past the lower levels as there is too much going on fast to do anything but radar. Half the fun of the game are the planes and watching the ground crews etc. I feel I have gotten enough use for it but to do a subscription service is stupid. I would be happy to pay a fee for the game. The tower view is useless because the tower junk is in the way. By limiting the cameras the only way to play higher levels when things get crazy is the radar view which defeats the purpose of the nice new graphics.
I haven’t spent a real dime on it so that shows how much I’ve played. I have everything unlocked and am very high levels on almost all airports. I was very excited, then I played it and realized I couldn’t play it anymore.
So I go in after a few months off and see it’s been completely rewritten and looks amazing. I have wasted hours and hours on this game. The updates honestly surprised me, as I was expecting this game to be abandoned, but luckily that’s not the case! This game was already awesome, and it’s really exciting to see the developers still working on it and making it even better.
After a long time on the App Store, they continued to make this game even better. You probably will have to spend some money on coins to unlock more airports and airplanes, but it’s worth it, especially to support the developers here. Terminal cameras are also added, and now, traffic is a lot of congested, so make sure you’re watching your planes! Now, you’ll have an easier way to get to the airport radar, approach radar, and timetable, all in one menu. The most recent updates overhauls the graphics for the airport and the interface. Coins are easier to earn, and unlocking gates to progress through the levels is much easier than before. Previously, the graphics were OKAY, the plane quality was OKAY, but with the new updates, we have better graphics, and more realistic aircraft. I’ve been playing this for a few years now, and I kinda stopped because it was hard to earn coins and unlock new gates to progress, but with the new update, it’s made it easier, so I’ve been playing a lot more. Is a great hobby that stimulates memory and reasoning.If you want to experience the best air traffic control simulation on a mobile device, this is it. This game is much like the actual operation of a busy airport, but with easy and self-explanatory controls. The goal is to guide planes safely landing parking and taking off, avoiding collisions between them. In this simulation game, you're an air traffic controller at a busy airport.
